Flex is the plan most businesses choose.
Extra phone numbers beyond what your plan includes are $2/month each. You choose the number type when you buy: Local or Toll-Free in the US and Canada; Local, Toll-Free, National or Mobile in the UK. A free trial includes one number.
Simultaneous calls: your assistant answers multiple calls at the same time, so callers don't get a busy signal because someone else is already on the line.

Good for: backup coverage, very occasional calls.
Light
- $49/month base fee
- 100 minutes included, then $0.35/minute
- 3 AI assistants, 1 phone number
Good for: after-hours or overflow calls at a small business.
Example cost:
- 100 minutes used: $49
- 150 minutes used: $49 + (50 × $0.35) = $66.50
Flex ⭐
- $89/month base fee
- 300 minutes included, then $0.25/minute
- 5 AI assistants, 2 phone numbers
Good for: growing businesses that want Voka answering most calls.
Example cost:
- 300 minutes used: $89
- 450 minutes used: $89 + (150 × $0.25) = $126.50
Value
- $149/month base fee
- 600 minutes included, then $0.18/minute
- 10 AI assistants, 2 phone numbers
Example cost:
- 600 minutes used: $149
- 800 minutes used: $149 + (200 × $0.18) = $185
Commit

SMS
SMS lets your assistant text callers (a booking link, a deposit or checkout link, or their appointment details, with the caller's consent) and hold two-way text conversations. It runs on its own verified toll-free texting number, which Voka sets up for you.

The differences between plans are included minutes, the per-minute rate after that, and how many assistants and phone numbers are included.
Choosing a plan
Step 1: Estimate monthly minutes
Monthly minutes ≈ calls per day × average call length (minutes) × 30
Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute.
Step 2: Pick a plan
- Under 100 minutes/month → PAYG or Light
- 100 to 400 minutes/month → Flex
- 400 to 800 minutes/month → Value
- 800+ minutes/month → Commit
Examples:
- 5 calls/day × 3 minutes × 30 = 450 minutes → Value ($149 for 600 minutes) or Flex with some per-minute charges ($126.50)
- 2 calls/day × 5 minutes × 30 = 300 minutes → Flex ($89 for 300 minutes)

Changing plans
Change your plan from Billing in the portal. If you're regularly paying for extra minutes, the next plan up often costs less.
Free trial
- Free for 14 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first
- No credit card to start. Instead you verify a phone number with a 6-digit code sent by text (or a call for landlines). Your mobile or a business landline both work, and it's one free trial per number. This number isn't the line Voka answers and doesn't have to be the line you forward. Voka answers your Voka number, and your existing line only reaches it if you forward it
- One phone number and one AI assistant
- Connect any scheduling integration (Square, Acuity, Google Calendar or Calendly)
- Your assistant can text callers (booking links, appointment details) up to 250 texts. These texts come from a shared Voka number, so replies won't reach you
- Callback alerts by text or email
- Two-way texting with callers needs the SMS add-on and isn't part of the trial
- Every call uses trial minutes, including test calls from the portal
When the trial ends: your assistant stops answering until you subscribe. You aren't charged, nothing you've built is deleted, and your number is held for 14 days. A card is needed to continue.
