How Voka AI billing works, with worked examples.
Pricing model
Your monthly bill has up to four parts:
- Plan fee, which includes a set number of minutes
- Per-minute charges for minutes beyond what your plan includes
- Add-ons you choose (scheduling integrations, SMS)
- Extra phone numbers beyond what your plan includes ($2/month each)
Plans are month-to-month, with no contract.

How minutes are counted
- Voka bills connected talk time. Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute.
- Outbound calls placed by your assistant use minutes the same way inbound calls do.
- Going over your included minutes never stops your assistant from answering. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate.
- Included minutes reset each billing cycle and don't roll over.
Cost examples
Example 1: 450 minutes a month
3 calls/day × 5 minutes × 30 = 450 minutes

Integration add-ons
Scheduling integrations are optional and work with any plan.

With a scheduling integration, your assistant checks real availability and books, reschedules or cancels appointments in your system. Confirmations and reminders to your clients come from your booking system, based on its own settings.

SMS add-on
SMS texting is a separate paid add-on. It runs on a dedicated, carrier-verified toll-free texting number (the first number is included, and there is no 10DLC registration). The texting number is separate from the voice numbers you buy. Each tier includes a monthly message allowance; messages beyond it are billed per message.

- Additional toll-free texting numbers: $3/month each (up to 5 numbers total).

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge per AI assistant?
Each plan includes a set number of assistants: 3 on PAYG and Light, 5 on Flex, 10 on Value and 20 on Commit.
Can my assistant handle more than one call at a time?
Yes. Your assistant answers multiple calls at the same time.
What happens if I go way over my minutes?
Calls keep being answered. You pay your plan's per-minute rate for the extra minutes. If that happens regularly, a bigger plan usually costs less.
Are there any other fees?
Your bill is the plan fee, any extra minutes, any add-ons, and any extra phone numbers. There's no setup fee.
Is there a free option?
There's a free trial: 14 days or 100 minutes, whichever comes first, with no credit card to start. There is no free plan after that.
